Payback for Writers and Payback for Visual Artists

The 2013 Payback claim period is now completed. Thank you to all of our affiliates who sent in a claim for this year's payment, which will be distributed in November.

All creators affiliated with Access Copyright as of December 31, 2012 will receive a Payback payment this year, which includes a base payment and for those who submitted a Payback either this year or in years past, a supplementary payment as well which is based on the genre of works you have published, how much you have published and when these works were published.

The eligible publication years for this year's Payback payment are works published in print format between the years 1992 - 2011. Works published in 2012 will be requested next year. Digital/online works are not eligible.
